NRG Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner Review

The NRG Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner is an effective appliance which is designed to operate on hard floors, carpets, sofas, cushions and curtains. It can handle dust, dirt, debris, sand, sawdust, wood chippings and liquids. There are three models available - 15L (pictured), 20L and 30L. The 20L and 30L models have a shiny exterior. There are other differences in the wattage, suction power and the length of the power cable, but we go into all that later.

In terms of accessories, there's a floor brush and a crevice tool. There's also a 1.5 metre long hose with a 32mm diameter. The dry filter is a standard HEPA model, and the wet filter is a sponge filter which has high absorption. For added manoeuvrability, there are four multi-direction castor wheels. There are also three plastic extension tubes for extra reach. The vacuum cleaner is also capable of blowing out air.

• Suitability - As mentioned above, the NRG Vacuum Cleaner is suitable for hard floors, carpets and upholstery. It can vacuum up dust, dirt, debris, sand, sawdust, wood chippings, liquids, etc. It can also blow leaves.
• Accessories - The accessories include a floor brush for a wide cleaning area, and a crevice tool for the more delicate and intricate cleaning of tight and narrow spaces. The suction hose is 1.5 metres long, with a 32mm diameter. There are also three plastic extension tubes for additional reach.
• Capacity - There's the choice between a capacity of 15 litres, 20 litres and 30 litres, depending on your specific needs. The larger capacity models are more powerful.
• Power - The 15L, 20L and 30L models have 1250W, 1200W and 1600W of power respectively. The 30L model has an additional socket which can take up to 1300W of power. The suction is 15kPa for the 15L model, and 18kPa for the 20L and 30L models.
• Filter - The NRG Vacuum Cleaner comes with two interchangeable filters. The HEPA filter is for a dry clean and the sponge filter is for a wet clean.
• Manoeuvrability - The vacuum cleaner is highly manoeuvrable due to its four castor wheels.
• Power Cable - The 15L model has a 2 metre power cable, the 20L has a 2.5 metre power cable and the 30L has a 4 metre power cable.
